We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant employee to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to contribute to the financial success of our organization.
Job Description
- Calculating, posting, and verifying entries to obtain and record financial data for use in maintaining accounting records of the Company. (Parent, Distributer, and Principal).
- Recording and posting accounts payable accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting according to the generally accepted accounting principles.
- Performing all accounting transactions as instructed to ensure their compliance with the Company. (Parent, Distributer, and Principal) accounting policies and procedures
- Applying principles of accounting to analyze financial information regarding Fixed Assets and preparing financial reports and General Ledger
- Entering all suppliers’ and clients’ purchasing invoices, and bank statements on the system daily and conducting a balance periodically between company accounts and suppliers’ and clients’ accounts
- Classifying and checking invoices for accuracy and completeness before payment.
- Keeping and following up the debts and credits accounts every month, preparing monthly bank reconciliation, and forwarding the reports to the direct supervisor.
- Auditing and revising monthly salaries and wages along with the calculation of overtime and discounts each month for employees in the Head Office with concerned entities in the HR and Admin Department.
- Preparing periodic financial reports which include monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, and ensuring that all the reports and records are developed within the stipulated deadline.
- Reviewing Company. (Parent, Distributer, and Principal) financial assets and resources, and ensuring asset utilization and cost reduction practices.
- Monitoring and supervising all accounting practices to ensure their compliance with the Company. (Parent, Distributer, and Principal) financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Coordinating with the Companies’ accountants regarding the daily-weekly-monthly accounting activities.
- Maintaining the general and subsidiary ledgers, accounts payable, revenue distribution, depreciation, cost, property, and operating expenses and insurance records for the Company. (Parent, Distributer, and Principal).
- Establishing major economic objectives and policies for the company and preparing reports that outline the company’s financial position in the areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present, and future operations.

Required Experience
