Job Title: Accounts & Office Administrator Manger
Qualification for Job: CPA with experience of 5 years
Job brief: –
We are looking for an Accounts and office Administrator to manage our Branch Day to day activities, Accounts and Statutory compliance.
Accounts and office Administrator responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. To be successful in this role, you should have a Finance or Accounting background and be familiar with bookkeeping and Tally ERP.
Ultimately, you will ensure we process all financial transactions accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
· Manage obligations to Distributors, suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
· Coordinate and support with Head office HR, Finance and BD teams
· Manage Treasury Activities (Payments initiation, Cheques issued)
· Reconcile financial statements with books

· Vouching and Verify those debit notes and send to HO for payments
· Vouching and verify of Branch Marketing activity expenses
· Prepare, send Monthly Branch reports to HO.
· Monthly Pay roll processing for Branch
· Submit tax forms to Respective authorities
· Manage Day to day office activities
· Identify and address discrepancies
· Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
· Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets on timely basis.
· Yearend books closure of branch
· Coordinate with Auditors for closing of Audit and tax returns of Branch.
Requirements and skills
· Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role

· Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)

· Good organizational and time-management abilities
