A Leading Pharmaceutical Company in Amman announce to fill the following position:
for Jordanians
Position:Tender Supervisor
Industry:Pharmaceutical Industry.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage and implement all bidding activities, including planning, coordination submission and follow-up.
- Provide Tendering/Sales consultations and guidance to team members and stakeholders regarding tender requirements and procedures.
- Implementing negotiation and contracting procedures with targeted purchasers.
- Monitoring the implementation of contracts and ensuring compliance with agreements.
- Prepare regular reports on tender performance and related projects.
Skills :
- Previous experience in in tender Management in Pharmaceutical industries.
- Good communication skills.
- Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
- Budget management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and Archiving skills besides attention to details.
- Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Forecasting skills.
Qualifications

- Knowledge or experience in other tender markets is plus.
- Good networking with institutions and governmental entities.
- Nationality Jordanians.
