Blue-collar HR Recruiter
About the job
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent for blue-collar positions.
- Source and screen candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates
- Present qualified candidates to the hiring manager
- Assist with onboarding new hires.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience recruiting for blue-collar positions is Must.
- Strong understanding of the logistics, light trucking, and fulfillment center industry.
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
