We are expanding our recruitment team & we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator located in Amman. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to hiring, including administrative assistance, coordinating and participating in interviews, and communicating with candidates. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will also be expected to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
Hiring skills, including experience with candidate sourcing.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, in both Arabic and English languages
Administrative Assistance skills, with experience in organizing and prioritizing tasks, and proficiency with Google Suite tools and Microsoft Office
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
