The world needs more Intrepid people:

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering important documents to government agencies, running errands to the bank, and assisting with various administrative tasks in our Operations and Finance departments. Your efficient responses to requests from these departments will be crucial to your success in this role. Ensuring the timely transfer of documents and maintaining a high level of accuracy in finance monthly reporting are key aspects of your role. You will also handle all issues that arise when dealing with documents from the bank and government authorities with utmost care and attention to detail.

This is a full-time 12-month contract position, operating out of our office in Amman, Jordan.

A bit about you:

 

• Certificate level in Tour related studies
• Experience in admin duties a busy Tour Operator
• A workable knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Express
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to provide a non-conviction certificate as the position requires airport permissions

You’ll have excellent organization skills and are able to work as part of a team. You’ll be organised, flexible and able to handle a multitude of tasks. Most importantly you’ll align to Intrepid’s core values of integrity, innovation, fun, passion, growth and responsibility.
