We’re looking for a Client Relations to join our team with the below Qualifications and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

– Managing client relations with Extensya.
– To Travel And arrange for a yearly visit for specific clients.
– Be the clients’ advocate & Voice of the Client / Transform Data into Opportunity.
– Highlight Main operational achievements / Personalized Client Experience.
– Arrange for QBR, and MBR with all teams.
– Arrange for a client satisfaction survey and achieve outstanding results.
– Handle Account Occasions / Share Account Bulletin / Arrange for Yearly Gifts.

Qualifications:

– Excellent English Language.
– Excellent presentation skills.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Very good computer skills.
– Bachelor’s degree minimum as an educational background.
