Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Kuwait City. As an Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platform, handling customer inquiries and providing top-notch customer service, and implementing effective ecommerce strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction. We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized E-Commerce Store Admin to manage daily operations and help us grow our business. This role is perfect for someone who is hardworking, loves a challenge, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare customer orders for both international and local delivery.
• Manage bi-weekly restock consignment orders.
• Create daily Instagram stories (content will be pre-prepared).
• Engage with new wholesale customer targets, and track inquiries.
• Compile monthly sales reports and financial statements.
• Handle daily invoicing of sales in our system.
• Represent our brand at events as a salesman (typically once a month).

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Sales skills and ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities
• College degree required.
• Excellent skills in Excel.
• A well-organized and hardworking individual who can manage multiple tasks.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
• Familiarity with inventory management and fulfillment processes
• Experience in the fashion industry or retail industry
• Fluency in Arabic and English
