Your Role

 

• Develop and execute an overall communications strategy and plan for internal and external communications, incl. change communications, in line with the company strategy and priorities
• Increase the understanding and support of employees for the company strategy
• Building and managing an adequate monitoring system to collect and monitor intelligence and anticipate changes in the local law and regulations,
• Drive corporate brand positioning with regular high-level media interaction focusing on key reputation drivers
• Plan and manage all internal communication activities via established channels

YOUR SKILLS

• String Experience in Similar position within and FMCG or equivalent for at least 5 years
• Strong oral communication skills in Arabic, French and English
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Strong writing and editorial skills
• Presentation skills
• Creativity and out-of-the-box mindset
• Understanding of financial indicators and the concept of sustainability
