Warehouse and Supply Controller:
Main Responsibilities:
• Receiving Supplies and Inventory: Taking full responsibility for receiving goods and verifying their compliance with required specifications and quantities.
• Issuing Inventory Materials: Managing material issuance processes to different departments with precision and efficiency.
• Inventory Monitoring and Control: Ensuring the availability of inventory at optimal levels and closely monitoring inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess.
• Maintaining System Constraints: Accurately inputting data into the inventory management system to maintain updated and accurate records.
• Working on Inventory Software: Experience in dealing with inventory management software.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in English language.
• Experience level: 4 years.
• Must have driving license.
• Advanced knowledge of both external and internal procurement processes.
• Experience in using inventory management software, with a special preference for those experienced in using ODOO ERP.
• Strong background in inventory management or warehouse management, with a preference for those with at least two years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
