** * Leading Food Service & Restaurant Company, willing to hire “”Restaurant Operation Manager”” as following Qualifications & Responsibilities;

* Managing daily activates and ensure compliance to all company standards.
* Evaluate restaurants operation & providing training to mangers.
* Upgrade current PP and maintain knowledge of all food and beverage trends.
* Prepare estimate of all food & beverage costs and control shedding assets.
* Boost company profitability and reduce operation costs.
* Participate in creating marketing strategies that would create company value chain.
* Prepared financial information to identify expenses and revenue and stock take of operation and plus performance reports.
* Increased customer satisfaction scores throughout all business units.
* Maintained restaurant standards and speed up of service to consistently accurate levels and quality.
