وظيفة مدير تطوير الأعمال في شركة BePro Consultancy في عمان، الأردن

BePro Consultancy is looking for a “Business Development Manager” to join their team.

this candidate will be responsible for enhancing the company’s performance by creating job opportunities, monitoring and enhancing relationships with current and potential clients. This includes identifying suitable sectors, services, and training, proposing into new sectors and services, improving the company’s reputation, and attracting clients by enhancing the performance of various departments.

Responsibilities:
Identifying new opportunities including new sectors and services.
Developing plans to attract expected clients, companies, and trainees and conducting marketing calls and meetings.
Directly communicating with clients through various channels and via email.
Understanding client needs and identifying suitable services.
Preparing proposals & contracts for all services.
Setting clear goals, training plans, campaigns, and business development procedures.
Contracting with clients in collaboration with company management and providing appropriate services.
Organizing work with the sales and marketing team.
Building strategies and promotional activities with the marketing department.
Monitoring and updating the company’s website in collaboration with specialists and managing the company’s social media pages.
Developing and designing promotional campaigns for the company’s services.
Managing human resources consultancy projects and coordinating with external consultants.
Providing support to clients regarding HR matters including drafting and updating job descriptions, building performance indicators and evaluation forms, conducting salary and benefits analysis, and establishing internal HR systems and policies.
Any other tasks related to to the development and management of the company.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
4-6 years in same position.
Background in HR is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
Focused and goal-oriented.
