WUDUH is seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to oversee and elevate the company’s brand identity. The ideal candidate will be visionary, innovative, and possess a deep understanding of brand strategy, marketing, and consumer behavior.

Our comprehensive debt settlement services cover various types of unsecured debts, including credit cards, personal loans, medical bills, and specific student loans.

What you’ll be doing?

Responsibilities

As a Brand Manager at WUDUH, you’ll play a crucial role in crafting engaging learning experiences that drive exceptional outcomes across our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience insights.
• Brand Positioning: Define and refine brand positioning to differentiate the brand in the market and drive competitive advantage.
• Brand Identity Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of brand identity elements, including logos, color schemes, and brand guidelines.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure brand campaigns across various channels alongside the Digital Marketing Manager, including digital, social media, print, and events.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes alongside our Market Research Analyst.
• Brand Performance Monitoring: Monitor brand performance metrics, such as brand awareness, brand sentiment, and market share, and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, sales, and creative, to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Budget Management: Manage brand budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
• Brand Communication: Develop clear and compelling brand messaging for internal and external communications, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values.
• Brand Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic brand partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.

What you should have?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
• Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful brand development and management.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative mindset with a passion for brand storytelling and innovation.
• Solid project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including market research tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
