English Teacher (Immediate Start)
About the job
Sanny Kindergarten is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated English Teacher to join our esteemed team. As an English Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate a positive and stimulating learning environment for our young students. You will impart essential English language skills to children between the ages of 3 to 6 years, nurturing their linguistic development and fostering a genuine passion for the English language.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive, developmentally suitable English language curriculum tailored to young learners.
- Strategize and deliver captivating lessons that incorporate a diverse range of teaching methodologies.
- Cultivate an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere, encouraging students to feel secure and motivated in their learning journey.
- Instruct students in fundamental English language skills such as speaking, listening, reading, and writing, utilizing interactive activities, games, and engaging songs.
- Regularly assess students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow teachers and staff members to enrich the overall learning experience for students.
- Maintain open lines of communication with parents, ensuring they are kept well-informed about their child’s progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Actively participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, and various school events as required.
Requirements:

- Previous experience in teaching English to young learners is highly preferred, particularly within a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
- Proficient or fluent English speaker with excellent command of the language.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related software components.
- Demonstrated expertise in developmentally appropriate teaching methodologies and curriculum development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and deeply passionate about instructing young children.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
