We are hiring a ‘Electricity technician’
We are hiring a ‘Electricity technician’ to provide enterprise level assistance to our clients. It will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer issues, configuring operating systems, and using remote desktop connections to provide immediate support, in addition to dismantling and installing equipment and power lines.
Job Description and Requirements:
Holds a driving license / regular gear and has knowledge of roads in general
Diploma in electrical or electromechanical
At least 2 years of experience in network systems + low current
Coordination for Regular visits for customers and write job order.
Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients.
Has the ability to commit and bear work pressure and implement the work required in projects
Has the ability to carry out dismantling, installation, extensions and maintenance works
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
Extensive experience working with different operating systems.
Ability to delight customers, contribution to team customer satisfaction goals.
Strong ownership of customer issues.
