Marketing Specialist

Job Description:
As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth for our business. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in both digital and offline marketing, who is eager to make an impact and work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
Manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
Create and curate engaging content for social media and our website.
Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Offline Marketing:
Plan and execute offline marketing initiatives, such as events, Pr Packaging, and print materials.
Collaborate with design teams to develop eye-catching marketing collateral.
Measure the effectiveness of offline campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Content Creation:
Develop and edit content for marketing materials, including blogs, whitepapers, and sales collateral.

Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience in digital and offline marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
