Human Resources Specialist
Job Title: Human Resources Specialist
Job Location: Amman-Jordan
Sector: Retail
Job Type: Full-time
Main Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:
• Plan, direct, and process recruitment activity of assigned areas ensuring that all aspects
of the recruitment are covered for the positions interviewed.
• Preparing monthly salaries, ensuring that salaries and benefits are compatible with the
market, and maintaining employee benefits programs.
• Implement coherent HR practices in the respective departments (Performance
management, Grading, recruitment, and administrative system)
• Complete training and development strategy and annual plans and deliver results
according to milestones
• analysis of staff attendance records. (From annual leaves, sickness to maternity leaves)
• Maintain and administer the HRMS system with new staff information and salaries and
ensure that their benefits are reflected in the system
• Reviews applications, shortlists, participates in the interview process, and recommends
the final applicant.
• Builds applicant database by researching and contacting future and potential
employees through different career websites
• Responsible for the performance evaluation of all employees
• Monitor HR-related laws, policies, and “best practices” to ensure that personnel
policies, employment practices, and compensation packages are within the limits of
established guidelines, procedures, and policies of laws.
• Maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development by
setting the KPIs, measuring and achieving the absenteeism, turnover, and disciplinary
actions KPIs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in rea levant field
• Proven experience as an HRMS, specifically with ZenHR.
• Minimum 5 years in human resource systems in retail fields
• Excellent following procedures, multi-tasking, problem-solving skills, management, and
leadership skills
• Outstanding communication, organization, and time management skills
• Proficiency with MS Office software required (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent oral and written English and Arabic skills are required.
• Time management skills.
• Work under pressure.
