Working Student – Sales Assistant
About the job
We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our sales team as an Assistant to the Head of Sales. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in sales support and administration within the battery storage industry.
Tasks
What Will You Do
Responsibilities:
Provide sales support to the Sales department, assisting with various administrative tasks.
Manage lead and contact administration, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and submit quotations to potential customers.
Support the Head of Sales in managing and coordinating customer inquiries and requests.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and prospects for the sales team.
Assist in generating sales forecasts and tracking sales performance metrics.
Requirements
What you bring (experience & qualifications):
Requirements:
Currently enrolled as a student, preferably in a business, marketing, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Hubspot and Salesforce, is a plus.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
