What This Job Involves
Manage content distribution across all platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and other social media platforms
Create and maintain a content calendar that schedules all aspects of content delivery and ideas
Able to create Email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp
Working with a designer for social media posts according to the content calendar
Analyse and report on the performance of the content on different platforms weekly
Assist in planning and posting stories on the platforms
Assist in organising the Lives on social media platforms like Instagram (Instagram Live, Facebook Live)
Assist in planning and creating short video content (e.g. YouTube Shorts, Reels, TikTok)
Able to prioritize and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
Adhere to strict deadlines and able to work under pressure
Seek solutions for issues that arise during projects and propose improvements to the process
Maintain communication and interactions among internal team members and external resources to resolve issues and queries
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead
Self-sufficient and reliable, with ability and willingness to learn new tools

A strong sense of storytelling is a plus

Events experience is a plus
