Role Overview:

As a Valuations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the advisory practice. You’ll lead a team of talented professionals and collaborate with clients across various industries, providing insightful valuations and strategic advice. Your expertise will contribute to complex financial decisions, transactions, and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage valuation engagements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of results.
Oversee and mentor a team of valuation analysts, fostering growth and development.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor valuation solutions accordingly.
Perform in-depth financial analysis and modelling to determine the value of businesses, assets, and securities.
Provide expert guidance on M&A transactions, financial reporting, tax planning, and litigation support.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Professional certifications such as CFA, ASA, or CPA are highly desirable.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in valuations, with a proven track record of managing projects and teams effectively.
Proficiency in financial modelling, valuation methodologies, and industry-standard tools.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
Strong leadership abilities with a passion for mentoring and guiding junior team members.
