Job Title: Senior Marketing Executive

Job Summary:
Mamlkah home is hiring a Senior Marketing Executive who will be responsible for performing all marketing activities indoors and outdoors, establishing positioning, identifying target audiences, and developing marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments of the market. He will also take the charge of conducting market research and analysis to evaluate our products’ position in the market among the competitors in terms of quality and price.
Duties & Responsibilities (Include but Not limited to):
· Reach out to the market in order to cultivate the customers’ interest in our products and services in ways that strengthen the company’s reputation and facilitate our continuous growth.
· Initiate and controlling surveys to assess customers’ requirements and dedication.
· Evaluate the products in stock or new products in order to give recommendation regarding pricing and market demand.
· Schedule periodical consumer and market visits.

· Monitor consumer attitudes of our products through research and regular consumer contact.
· Generate ideas from consumers, environment and trade, utilize them to create new products’ ideas & current product improvements.
· Summarize and draw conclusion of the market and report to the higher management.
Required Basic Qualifications:
· BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
· 3 – 5 years proven work experience in (Building, Retail, construction) fields.
· Experience in the GCC.
· Full Awareness with the Omani market.
· Excellent command of spoken and written English.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong research and analytical skills.
· Good planning, organization and time management skills
· Excellent understanding of the company’s current products and future concepts.
