Internal Communication Specialist & Editor

They are looking to add to their team an outgoing and driven Internal Communication Specialist/Editor for their office in UAE.The candidate will be responsible for employee communication initiatives within a group or at the corporate level, aimed at improving employee morale and productivity.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Work on internal communication initiatives.
- Develop a system to measure and monitor employee morale.
- Produce an internal daily news service for managers.
- Produce an electronic newsletter or bulletin.
- Produce a daily Web-based streaming video news service.
- Develop and maintain a company-wide internal distribution service capable of reaching all employees.
- Maintain an internal website with electronic roundtables, forums and streaming video search capabilities as well as up-to-date organization charts.
- Develop and publish internal brochures and videos.
Qualifications And Experience

- Bachelors degree in marketing or related field
- Excellent writing skills in AP style
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in English
- Strong story telling skills
- Excellent communication
- Problem solving skills and team player
- In line with Emiratization initiatives, this role is only open to UAE National candidates
