Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum Upper Intermediate level of both written and spoken English is a must
  • At least 3 years experience Logistics or Supply Chain
  • Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues
  • High customer focus and teamwork spirit
  • Analytical and problem solving oriented
  • Systematic and regular work discipline, strong ability to follow
  • Strong customer relationship management skills
  • Experience in Europe Local Distribution
  • International freight experience is desirable

Job Description:

 

  • Handle the communication between Planners, Management, Service Providers, Customers and DC’s.
  • Ensuring an efficient and proactive communication with related parties
  • Managing operational teams in inbound daily tracking and ETA update
  • Defining and contributing to increase operational performance by generating/implementing projects, ideas and solution
  • Creating the related KPI reports for the operation and report them in weekly and monthly basis
  • Lead the team in daily operations
  • Improving the operations performance by defining the problems
  • Handle the KPI meetings with the Service Providers
  • Attend Operational reviews with the related parties
  • Manage the individual processes and functions via direct subordinates by means of coaching, communicating agreed goals and performance standards
  • Monitor the progress by means of these goals regularly
