In this role, you’ll be a crucial part of our team, supporting executives and ensuring things run smoothly. You’ll handle tasks like scheduling, communication, travel arrangements, and expense management. If you’re proactive, a great communicator, and skilled at multitasking, we’d love to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling& Prioritization: Manage complex schedules, balancing executive priorities and communicating with different stakeholders.
Communication Hub: Assist with meetings, manage emails, and keep executives organized.
Collaboration& Stakeholders: Work on projects, interact with internal and external contacts.
Travel& Logistics: Arrange executives’ travel details like hotels and transportation.
Time& Expenses: Process expenses and optimize financial workflows.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2 years in team or executive assistance.
Languages: Proficient in German and English.
Skills: Organized, proactive, and tech-savvy.
Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Attitude: Customer-focused and solution-oriented.
