On-Ground Fleet Manager
About the job
Your mission
Responsible for monitoring and improving the performance and behavior of riders on the ground. This includes initiating, leading, and optimizing the full order cycle in all areas, owning the communication with external suppliers, supervising and coaching multiple rider supervisors and rider trainers, setting up SOPs, policies, and tools for the safety/compliance of riders and partners, on-ground support in the coordination of marketing campaigns and activities across all brand entities, being responsible for cities’ rider experience and satisfaction score, maintaining inventory accuracy, monitoring on-ground quality, solving live issues with fleet drivers, and ensuring the drivers are equipped with our procurement kit.
Responsibilities
Initiate, lead, and optimize the full order cycle in all areas.
Own the communication with external suppliers.
Supervise and coach multiple rider supervisors and rider trainers.
Set up SOPs, policies, and tools for the safety/compliance of riders and partners.
Provide on-ground support in the coordination of marketing campaigns and activities across all brand entities.
Be responsible for cities’ rider experience and satisfaction score.
Maintain inventory accuracy.
Monitor on-ground quality.
Solve live issues with fleet drivers.
Ensure the drivers are equipped with our procurement kit.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Negotiation and Presentation Skills
Personable and professional with effective verbal and written communication skills.
Must be data enthusiast and extremely detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.

Process and record financial and accounting data entries accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
Preparing analytical and reconciliation reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Stay up to date with accounting regulations and best practices.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
