Transport Manager
About the job
Auto Partner SA Group is a dynamically developing importer and distributor of spare parts for cars, light commercial vehicles and motorcycles. The Group operates as a sales and logistics platform managing just-in-time supplies of spare parts to dispersed customers, mainly repair shops and automotive retailers. Its product portfolio includes spare parts for car systems, parts and accessories for motorcycles, filters, oils, car chemicals and accessories.
JOB TITLE: Transport Manager/Logistic
Mission
We are looking for people who will carry out logistics tasks in Western Europe. The person in this position will be responsible for transport planning, searching for carriers, negotiating the terms of cooperation with carriers, supervising the course of deliveries, solving existing problems.
In the structure, this person will report to the Sales Department/Transport Department.

Responsibilities
Oversee the transportation of goods and products from one location to another
Monitor delivery schedules and make adjustments as needed to meet customer demands
Negotiate contracts with transportation providers to ensure competitive rates and efficient delivery times
Implement and maintain transportation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
Manage budgets and ensure that the department operates within financial constraints
Experience / Skills
Knowledge of the local transport market (Germany, Western Europe) supported by documented cooperation – work as an international dispatcher
At least 5 years of experience in a transport management role
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of English at least at a communicative level
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and transportation management software
