Description

We are seeking a talented Appointment Coordinator to join one of our Client’s teams. As an Appointment Coordinator, You will be directly responsible for successfully building out a pipeline of valuable leads for various real estate brokerages across North America. You will also be coordinating with each party to ensure appointments are set and are followed through upon. This is NOT a sales job, there is no selling involved. This is a full-time freelance position, and the successful candidate must be in Morocco.

Key Responsibilities

Pleasant and confident phone manner.
The position requires about 150-200 calls per day.
Organized – strong time management skills.
Ability to follow a script and speak eloquently with clients.
Fluent in English.

Requirements

Must have a laptop or desktop which meets the minimum qualifications:
Processor:
Core i5 or higher
RAM – 8GB or higher
Bandwidth Requirements Minimum:
Download Speed: at least 6 Mbps
Upload Speed: at least 6 Mbps
Hardwired into the internet
PC or Mac is fine
Windows 10 or Mac 10.2 and above
At least 20GB of free disk memory space
Headset
A quiet, private place in your home where you can work without background.
