CIP Engineer
Job description:
Missions:
- Participating in the daily business, support and assumption of tasks.
- Implementation and assumption of smaller (short-/medium-term) projects within the area/ the departments with personal responsibility (e.g. creation of project reports, presentations as well as documentations etc.)
- Target orientation and work with project team to execute projects on time and budget.
- Work with engineering and manufacturing team to investigate and resolve problems with existing processes.
- Process analysis, audit and risk study.
- MUDA detection and elimination.
- Launching and piloting the VSM (Value Stream Maping).
- Launching and piloting of improvement works.
Profile description:
Profile:
- Engineer degree (Industrial engineer, Quality Management, or similar).
- Good communication skills.
- Some realizations/projects.
- Process orientation and team work ability.
- Ability to coordinate a work shop / Improvement projects.
- Problem solving and quality tools.
