About Arab Therapy:

Arab Therapy is a Platform that aims to provide Arabs all over the world with high-notch mental health services by providing high-quality Psychotherapy and psychosocial support sessions.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our outreach initiatives. This role will focus on establishing partnerships with companies, organizations, and non-profits to offer our online therapy services as part of their employee well-being programs or as an additional support service. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales or business development with a track record of selling to enterprise clients and/or non-profit organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to establish partnerships and secure new business.
• Develop, and maintain relationships with corporate clients, non-profit organizations, and other potential partners.
• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement strategies and campaigns to promote our services.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, needs, and potential areas for expansion.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and other KPIs.
• Represent Arab Therapy at industry events, conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 5 of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the mental health industry and online therapy services.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
