Responsibilities
We are looking for a Sales Supervisor who will be responsible for managing the various production activities of one manufacturing unit or factory through subordinate supervisors and controllers in order to achieve planned production targets and to ensure the effective use of available resources. The candidate will also be responsible for the formulation of the production programme and plant maintenance schedules.
Qualifications
Five years experience in Supervising Sales
Degree and/or Diploma in Sales/Marketing
People Management & Employee Relations Skills
Supervised plans & tasks i.e volume, price and promotions
Managed telesellers/sales order clerk and sales representatives
Supervised debtors day and product returns
Support Sales Representative and Customers
