Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead their comprehensive real estate operations in Bahrain. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their real estate business, including property sales, property rental, property management, construction, property development, marketing, and financial performance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate, construction, and property development, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving results in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve business objectives and growth targets.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals, construction experts, and property developers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Property Sales: Drive sales initiatives, implement marketing strategies, and identify new business opportunities in property sales.
Property Rental: Oversee property rental activities, including tenant acquisition, lease agreements, and rental property management.
Property Management: Ensure properties are well-maintained and tenants’ needs are met through effective property management.
Construction: Oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining quality standards.
Property Development: Lead property development initiatives, from concept to execution, to expand our real estate portfolio.
Financial Management: Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and ensure the financial health of the company.
Legal and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local real estate, construction, and development regulations and laws.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competition, and industry developments.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to the company’s leadership team.
Quality Control: Ensure the highest standards of quality, customer service, and professionalism in all aspects of operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in a senior leadership role in the real estate industry, with a focus on construction and property development.
Strong knowledge of the GCC’ real estate market, construction processes, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and implement effective strategies.
Financial acumen and budget management skills.
Results-oriented and a strong problem solver.
