About:We are seeking experienced Civil Engineers to fill multiple roles in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in civil engineering, with a strong track record in managing construction projects. As a Civil Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful planning, design, and execution of various civil engineering projects while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all phases of civil engineering projects, from initial planning and design to construction and completion.
• Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility and identify potential challenges.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive project designs and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Review and approve construction plans, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines, and take proactive measures to address any issues that may arise.
• Supervise and coordinate construction activities, including managing subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet project specifications.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and junior engineers.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the UAE.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction practices, and project management.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools used in civil engineering and design.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations in the UAE.
