Organization Description
People’s Development Organization (PDO) is a fully independent, non-profitable, membership-based organization advocating for civic and social developments. As a non-profit, we believe in providing valuable training and development opportunities to our community members.
People’s Development Organization (PDO) is looking for trainers who are interested in conducting a training program lasting five days in Duhok for developing trainers of women. Applicants must meet specific criteria to become eligible for the role.
Qualifications
– 5 years experience as a trainer in the field of (TOT).
– Knowledge of the topics assigned to present.
– Expertise in relevant subjects.

Only five coaches are then selected through interviews.
Note: The training will be held in Duhok at the end of October.
Training topics:
1. Democracy and the importance of women’s political participation.
2. negotiation and conflict resolution.
