Main Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage agent onboarding, termination, and compliance processes.
• Coordinate wallet creation and bank account updates.
• Verify and process agent documentation for licensing and registration.
• Monitor and manage SIM card inventory and distribution.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Timely completion of agent processes.
• Efficient SIM card inventory management.
• Effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders.

 

Education and Trainings/ Experience

• Relevant educational background in business or operations.
• Prior experience in agent management or related processes.

Skills and Competencies

Proficiency in working with data, Excel sheets, and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
