Traffic Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Traffic Manager to join our dynamic marketing agency team. The Traffic Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating the flow of work through our agency, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the traffic flow of all projects within the agency
Develop and implement project schedules and timelines
Collaborate with account management, creative, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
Monitor project progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
Track and report on project status to internal stakeholders
Maintain a strong understanding of client needs and expectations
Continuously evaluate and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
3+ years of experience in traffic management, project management, or a related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proficiency in project management software and tools
