Machine Operator (Intern)
Responsibilities
Howmet Fixations Casablanca is looking for Machine Operator (Anapec Contract)
Essential Functions
Production
- Ensure continuity of production during adjustments and assemblies
- Respect the safety, quality, and production instructions
- Alert in case of performance drift
- Inform his hierarchy of the availability of the machine
- Prepare the stations (Cleaning, dismantling….)
- Perform tool tests with technical assistance
- Fill in the production and quality indicators
Quality
- Carry out a series start-up with all the records relating to the quality system
- Check the conformity of the plan in accordance with the internal procedures
- Ensure the traceability of the product produced
- Carry out and validate the controls
- Respect the basic quality rules (declaration of non-conformities, validation of rework under control, self-checking, red box)
- Carry out and record the dimensional follow-ups
- Isolate the doubtful parts and identify them and inform his hierarchy

Qualifications
- Education: High school degree in mechanical studies
- Ability to interpret and follow instructions, prescribed routines, methods, and practices
