IT Business Analyst – Sales Operations & Capability
Designing, developing, coding and implementing software applications. Identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications. Testing and evaluating new programs. Training users, maintaining, and upgrading existing systems.
What We Ask
Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) – Computer Science
Experience: 5+ years of IT and business/industry work experience

Hold meetings with stakeholders (Sales Operations & Capability Teams) to understand the specific goals of the overall business and translate those needs into requirements for ICT developments.
Developing and maintaining new and existing software applications.
Maintain and improve performance of specified domain applications.
Solution Management:
Understand customers’ requirements and its business viabilities.
Determine the gaps between requirements and define workable solutions to bridge the gaps.
Managing ICT applications running in Sales business division.
Plan the closure of the solutions and see through the implementation of the solutions
Ensuring the uptime of the applications is 100%.
Stakeholder Management and Communication
Build collaborative relationship, drive alignment and communicate effectively via management reporting and meetings.
Communicate effectively and in a timely manner during product release and incidents.
Design and update software databases.
Test and maintain software applications to ensure strong functionality and optimization.
Demonstrated understanding of projects to the business users
