Floor Supervisor
About the job
Location : Zouk Mosbeh.
Shifts : Monday till Friday from 4:00 PM till 1:00 AM (ON SITE).
Duties:
· Responsible for smooth operation of the floor assigned.
· Ensure daily attendance of floor workers.
· Supervise site worker’s performance and behavior.
· Ensures that employees comply with the company rules, standards, and key values
· Guide new employees.
· Report operation, maintenance and cleaning issues to the management
Requirements and Skills:
· Previous experience as a floor supervisor
· Proficiency in English
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Attention to details
