Talent Acquisition Sourcer
About the job
We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team who will lead to maximize organizational efficiency (quality of hire) by hiring best talents for the right positions at the right time.
Main Responsibilities;
- In line with the recruitment procedure, initiate and follow up recruitment process and follow up KPIs
- Prepare & follow up recruitment KPIs
- Strengthen the position of Nestlé as an attractive employer
- Continuously follow up recruitment operations quality
- Serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers
- Coordinating the hiring process end-to-end
Qualifications required for this position are as follows;
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment along with a solid CBI practice
- Hands-on experience on Linkedin
- Fluency in English
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
