Guarantee Travel Group is looking to hire Sales/ Account Manager with the following

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
At least 5 years of – Proven work experience as sales Manager, Key Account Manager.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to run multiple accounts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.

Main Duties:

Conduct market research to identify selling possibility and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunity through cold calling, networking and social media.
Set up meeting with potential clients and listen to others wishes and concern.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentation on product and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitors or conference.
Negotiate/close deals.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Maintain and update CRM on daily basis.
Should be presentable to handle corporates groups inbound and outbounds.
Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales.
Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule (Target, new account, return lost account).
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
