Description – External

Analyze processes across various functions, identify improvement opportunities and recommend initiatives that increase efficiency
Assist in the execution of cross-functional transformational initiatives and projects
Lead small size projects in their full cycle; planning, implementation and day-to-day execution and provide periodic updates to management
Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders and assist in the timely reporting of project milestones and deliverables.
Design, generate, test and validate insightful performance metrics, OLAs, SLAs and measurement tools.
Design and implement policies and processes that increase both quality and efficiency across the business.
Test potential new tools and approaches to modernize, accelerate and increase effectiveness, exploring digitally enabled approaches and other programs to energize the approach to change management.
Develop requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to technological enhancements, new technologies or robotics. Follow up on the solution development and validate by conducting necessary tests and simulations. Lead its implementation.
Ensure high level of customer service is delivered and maintained and that internal customers are satisfied by meeting all internal SLA’s and by following up on requests in a timely manner.
Assist in managing and developing team members to ensure that the department has the required knowledge and efficiency.

Qualifications – External

4-6 Years of Experience
University Degree in a related field
Strong understanding of project management methodologies
Strong knowledge of business analysis, consulting and change management and technical projects
Fluency in English
