Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, marketing or any related filed.
- Min 2-3 years as vendor supervisor or any related field (experience in insurance company
- Accidents sector – is preferred.
- Well knowledge in car spare parts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and high level of attention to detail.
- Strong professional and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Main Responsibilities’:
- Building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with vendors.
- Encouragement on participations.
- Assist in technical and business matter.
- Supervise financial issues for vendors.
- Maintain quality of services.
- Reviewing new vendors and their products
- Negotiating product pricing and contracts with vendors.
- Communicating product-related issues and concerns to vendors
- Researching new vendors in the market.
- Monitoring sales trends to determine fastest selling products
- Developing and implementing vendor selection programs
- Communicating vendor responsibilities and obligations
- Establishing vendor performance standards and suggesting improvements
- Acting as an intermediary between vendors and stakeholders
- Coordinating all vendor management activities, processes and billing
- Troubleshooting any vendor issues
- Suggesting vendor management processes, policies, and methods
- Updating, renewing, and canceling vendor contracts whenever needed
- Maintaining and updating all vendor documentation
- Participating in training programs and company events
- Updating contract terms of existing vendors
- Designing business guidelines for vendors
- Ensuring all vendor activities adhere to our company policies
- Altering external contract terms and conditions to suit current industry developments
- Applying and controlling penalty system over vendors.
- Perform regular daily visits for vendors.
- Perform weekly Plan.

- Min 2-3 years as account manager (preferred in insurance sector).
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)
- Ability to work independently and time management skills, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind
- Creative thinking and problem-solving.
Main duties
- Maintain Target for clients.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Assist clients in technical and business matter.
- Analise client’s activity against Program.
- Report obstacles and resolve them.
- Report methodologies and practices for enhancement.
- Lead and manage onboarding and training for client’s.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all client’s account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client’s needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status.
- Collaborate with team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape.
- Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines.
- Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects.
- As necessary, visit clients, attend trade shows and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities
- Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search. opportunities and ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis.
