About the job
We are seeking a full-time employee to join our team and manage our VIP Player Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a roadmap for the department, increasing revenue, and handling day-to-day requests from our VIP players. The candidate must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and have a passion for gaming. Experience in sales strategy and customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and develop sales strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Engage with the gaming community and VIP players to maintain and improve the player experience.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue from VIP players through personalized offers and promotions.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with VIP players and ensure their satisfaction with our gaming app.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the VIP Player Department and ensure that all VIP player requests and inquiries are handled promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal departments to automate manual processes.
- Provide periodic reporting to management on the performance of the VIP Player Department.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for new features or changes to the gaming app that will improve the player experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for gaming and understanding of the mobile gaming industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
