Brand Associate
Description
We’re looking for a brand associate, to collaborate with the brand manager and marketing team on the implementation of plans and initiatives relating to the Bank al Etihad brand, customer experience and loyalty to drive brand equity. The Brand Associate will be in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to provide coordination and administrative support for various initiatives.
Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, skilled and imaginative person with an eye for detail. If you can distinguish between the colors blue, sky blue and teal we’d like to meet you!
Responsibilities:
- Support in the implementation of brand plans to increase brand awareness and affinity
- Contribute to ideas and campaigns for
- and customer experience
- Support the marketing team in the creation and implementation of brand assets and templates
- Conduct regular brand consistency checks according to set guidelines and ensuring consistency across various applications, touchpoints and initiatives
- Engaging and inspiring the organization around the brand’s positioning, promise and values so that employees are clear in bringing them to life in their areas of functional expertise
- Assist in developing effective media campaigns and choosing appropriate distribution channels to achieve brand positioning objectives
- Draft and deliver creative/design briefs for agencies to deliver on day to day BTL jobs and high level strategic jobs
- Action daily incoming requests from branches that contribute to brand coherence and standardization
- Preparing reports on brand growth, development, and perception
- Collaborate and support different marketing units on on-going campaigns/projects
Requirements
- 1-2 years proven work experience in Communications
- Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with distribution channels and media marketing campaigns
- A bachelors in communications, marketing, business administration or other related fields
