Senior IT Governance Analyst
“We are looking for an analytically minded, passionate, and driven Senior IT Governance Analyst to join our Jordan Kuwait Bank team. You are responsible for developing and implementing our IT Operating Model and Processes Framework. Do you have profound IT technology knowledge combined with deep critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills? We are looking forward to meeting you!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to implement governance frameworks like COBIT, ITIL, etc…
- Develop and maintain policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure that a consistent framework such as COBIT is applied across the bank.
- Review and enhance the current process designs and discuss recommendations with concerned teams.
- Oversee implementation of IT governance and management processes
- Ensure alignment between IT strategy and business strategy
- Measuring Key performance indicators of IT processes
- Oversee IT expenses according to the budget plan
- Monitor execution of IT projects and ensure that the benefits are achieved
- Governance changes over IT systems
- Governance of IT incidents and problems
- Monitor implementation processes of IT procurements, contracts management, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure the Implementation of IT controls
- Ensure adaption of the latest technology in the local and international market
Job Requirements and Skills:

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT governance, Information security, IT Audit, or any related field
- Familiar with Information Security, Data Privacy, Information Systems Audit requirements, and other IT risk management or due diligence practices
- Familiar with project management methodologies
- Knowledge of IT service management framework, as well as IT, support functions
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance functions
- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture / IT Architecture is a plus
- Knowledge of data Management/data Governance frameworks is a plus
- Knowledge of Information Security / cyber security frameworks is a plus
- Certified COBIT, ITIL, CISA, or any related certification
