- B.A. in Business, Management, Economics or equivalent
- Master degree in Management, Marketing or equivalent
- Proficient in Arabic, French and English
- Very Good analytical skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the Retail Market , including 3 years in Business Development
- Very Good command of Microsoft Office . SAP is a plus
ActivitésSUPPORT FOR Company Owned Dealer Operated CODO / Company Owned Company Operated COCO OPERATIONAL ACTIVITIESRenewal / Creation Of Company Owned Contract
- To review the dealer’s commercial conditions in order to ensure that it matches with business level and expenditures benchmark through the forecasted P&L. This review has to be performed for each dealer recruitment, agreement renewal and transfers.
- To ensure the implementation of the business model policy for CODO /COCO stations
- To determine the appropriate fixed and variable fees at the beginning of every year in forecast P&L.
- To Support the Retail Manager /Territory Managers in the monitoring of business plan for new projects, new SFS concepts or significant events in retail business (e.g fuel scarcity, change of pump price, stock gains and WCR).
Financial analyzes

- Review all financial reports (real P&L, financial situation) from the Territory Manager / Regional Manager
- To identify dealers with financial risk and give recommendation on the continuation of the agreement with them.
- Follow-up the accounts with risk with the Sales Areas and prepare the reports for the Credit Control Meetings at the head office.
- To ensure the reliability of network contribution account (NCA) with finance department.
ANIMATION AND TRAINING
- Active participation in the sales areas credit control meetings to present the position of the accounts at risk and action plans.
- To provide trainings to the TM/RM on methodologies for financial analysis, P&L analysis and all the business tools.
MANAGEMENT MODELS & STUDIES
- Set up and development of CODO and COCO economic models
- To manage the parameters of the future P&L and analysis tool.
- Active participation in BU and LTP ( Budget Long term Plan ) annual exercises
- Realize and present various strategic survey, (Cost killing, profitability analysis, projects analysis concept profitability analysis, diversification post investment analysis) Provide recommendations according to environment changes (e.g fuel scarcity, change of pump price, stock losses or gains …).
- Ensure compliance with technical invariants on the network as defined in the company’s rules and guides and implement the necessary actions in the event of a deviation
