Currently we are hiring junior technical Support
In this role you will be responsible for providing advanced technical assistance to customers, and solving complex issues.

Responsibilities:
Ticket handling, creating daily checklists, supporting and following up on tickets to ensure requests are actioned and their technical issues are resolved.
Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat, identify customer needs, and assist customers to use specific features.
Troubleshooting problems and logging problem report for recurring issues.
Gather customer feedback, analyze and report product malfunctions and share with the Support Manager.
Requirements :
BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or any IT related field.
Exceptional problem-solving, analysis, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
