A Leading Pharmaceutical Company in Amman announce to fill the following position:(For Jordanians)
#Position: IT Supervisor
#Industry: Pharmaceuticals
#Functional #Area: IT Department
#Job Responsibility:
Server Management
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers.
• Monitor server performance and ensure seamless operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues promptly.
• Must have an experience in Hyper-V
Office 365 Administration
• Manage and optimize Office 365 applications and services.
• Provide support for Office 365 users and troubleshoot any issues.
End user support:
• Provide technical support to end users and resolve their IT-related issues.
Veeam Backup Solution and Synology NAS storage
• Design, implement, and manage Veeam backup solution.
• Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and availability.
• Develop and test disaster recovery plans.
• Manage Synology NAS storage
Policy Enforcement
• Develop and enforce IT security policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with IT policies.
Antivirus
• Manage and configure Kaspersky antivirus solution.

•Time management
•Problem solving
•Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
•Be able to negotiate and use analytical skills
#Qualifications: Bachelor Degree Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Information system or any related fields.
#Experience: 5 years of experience in industrial companies .
#Languages: Arabic, English
