Your Role
Consolidatie of different legal requests
Assist in managing contractual obligations and agreements and coordinate with external counsel the compliance of contracts with local legal requirements
Provide regular briefings on all legal matters
Co-perform with Business Process Manager (BP) internal review of operational & functional processes
Responsible for Henkel Algeria insurance policies management; Henkel Algeria Point of Contact with broker
YOUR SKILLS
Legal Academic Background
Experience of minimum 5 years in similar position
Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Legal administration, legal terminology, procedures and documentation. legal compliance, litigation, intellectual property, risk management, mergers acquisitions, risk reporting, law, contract law, corporate law, legal advice Local regulations in the overall
Strong communication skills in French and English
