Electrical and Instruments Engineer.

:المسؤوليات

Responsibilities:

Participate in Developing, reviewing and updating electrical and instruments maintenance section policies and procedures to assure safe and correct employees activities and equipment operation.

Lead implementing maintenance and safety procedures within the Electrical and Instruments Maintenance Section and make necessary corrective actions if needed to ensure personnel, equipment and environment safety.

Work on keeping the electrical and instruments equipment of the plants running with the highest availability and OEE, by getting the work done right from first time, minimize the break inns with cooperation with reliability and production team, minimize the time of the repairs, and assure availability of critical spare parts.

Follow up on work orders on the CMMS system and make sure they are filled and closed properly to reflect the right and accurate history of the work on the equipment.

Carry out performance appraisals for subordinates according to planned schedules and recommending necessary actions as per the applied practices.

Ensuring the Human Resources activities performed by his reports (vacations, time attendance, warnings …etc) are all in line with set policies while directing corrective actions when necessary.

Establishment and implementation of method to reduce cost and improve performance.

Supervise subordinates performance so they perform their role in achieving overall JBC goals and any approved procedure is correctly implemented.

Provide technical advice to other departments regarding any electrical, control systems, process sequence or programs as DCS/PLC preferable Allen-Bradley, Rockwell , DeltaV and Siemens and instruments parameters, equipment and activities to assure high performance and reduce cost and help taking accurate decision.

Provide monthly report about the electrical and instruments maintenance activities within his area of work to assure all maintenance activities are well communicated and correctly documented.

Ensure all maintenance activities performed by his reports are complying with JBC health, safety and environment procedures.

Supervise subordinate participation in safety meetings and providing tail gates in addition to Manage performing safety SCANS to assure safety policies are well applied.

Participate in providing reports about RCFA in coordination with other maintenance and production teams to identify the causes of equipment failure and decide corrective action to eliminate sudden failures.

مؤهلات

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.

+5 years of engineering experience preferred in chemical and petrochemical plants.

Good knowledge about International E&I standards

Good knowledge of international safety practices.

Good financial practices knowledge.
